ANKARA - Kıyı Emniyeti General Directorate is hiring 26 permanent workers across Turkey, including engineers, architects, technicians, and marine operators, with applications accepted only via İŞKUR e-Şube.
The Coast Guard General Directorate (KEGM) has announced the recruitment of 26 permanent staff members for a variety of positions across several Turkish cities. The job openings include seven marine traffic operators based in the Turkish Straits, eleven engineers, one architect, three technicians, and three bureau employees. Most of the roles will be located in Istanbul, with additional postings for engineers in Çanakkale, İzmir, Mersin and Samsun.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the İŞKUR e-Şube system or İŞKUR service centers, and the deadline follows the official Gazette notice. While engineers, architects, technicians and bureau staff require a KPSS score, the marine operator positions will be filled without a KPSS requirement, provided candidates hold a maritime bachelor’s degree, an Offshore Captain certificate, at least one year of sea service and English proficiency. After the application period, candidates will undergo oral or written‑oral exams covering Turkish constitutional principles, Atatürk’s reforms, the duties of the Ministry of Transport and KEGM, and professional knowledge. Successful security and background checks are mandatory before appointment.
